Call for abstracts

Abstract Submission
Abstracts in English are to be sent to the Secretariat no later than August 1, 2011. Abstracts which are received after August 1, 2011, will not be included in the reviewing procedure. The first authors of abstracts will be informed about acceptance by September 01, 2011.

Preparation of Abstracts
The abstracts will be processed fully electronically. You'll have to use plain text format.

Style

place an asterisk after the name of the author presenting the paper/poster
use single spacing
use between 250-300 words (including title, name(s) of author(s) etc.)
no figures, tables or graphs

Publication of Abstracts
All accepted abstracts will be published in an abstract book, which will be available to the participants at the beginning of the meeting.
